# Connect Notion

Connect Notion once, pick pages, and any agent can use them.

**Note:** Notion opens to workspaces in turn. Until **Integrations** shows **Connect Notion**, these steps don't apply.

1. **Connect Notion** — Open **Notion** in **Integrations**, press **Connect**, then **Connect Notion**. You need to be an owner or admin of the workspace.

2. **Share pages** — Notion asks which pages to share. Pick the ones you want your agents to know.

3. **Choose pages** — Press **Choose pages**, tick them, set **Confidential** if only team agents should use them, then press **Add N pages**.

4. **Use them on an agent** — Open **Knowledge**, press **Add**, and pick the pages from your library.

**Good to know:**

- Press **Check for changes** to read your pages again. A changed page waits in **Train**. Your agent answers from the old text until its next train.
- Images, embeds, files and sub-pages are left out. Pick a sub-page on its own to add it.
- Long pages are read in part.
- A page Notion stops sharing is held back. Your agent stops using it at the next train, and the text stays in Knowledge. If Notion shares it again, the next check lets it back in.
- Notion needs a plan with integrations. Below that, you can't connect, choose pages or check for changes.
- **Disconnect** deletes hiy's access, asks Notion to end it, and keeps your pages.
- To remove the app in Notion too, open **Settings › Connections**.
- To change which pages Notion shares, reconnect.
