# First impression

The greeting and suggested questions are the first thing a visitor meets, and they set expectations for everything after. Both live in **Voice & rules → First impression**.

## Greeting

One or two lines in your voice. It's optional — with no greeting your twin simply waits for a question.

A good greeting hints at what you're worth asking about: "Hey — ask me anything about pricing, positioning, or getting your first customers" works harder than "Hi, how can I help?"

**A Support Agent created from a [preset](/docs/support-agents#four-presets-one-agent) starts with one already written** — matched to what that preset says the agent covers, so the first thing a visitor reads isn't a blank prompt. It's a starting line, not a fixed one: edit or clear it here like any other. **Start from scratch** leaves the field empty, same as before presets existed.

## Suggested questions

Up to six starter questions offered before the first message. Pick the ones you most want to be asked — they're the fastest way to steer people toward what your twin is genuinely good at.

Visitors meet them behind a small **arrow** just above the chat bar. Tapping the arrow opens a single row of questions that slides sideways; tapping a question asks it. The row starts closed, so the questions never crowd the box someone came to type in, and it's one line however many you've written — the extras scroll rather than stacking up and pushing the chat down.

They're reused later, too: unanswered ones come back as follow-up suggestions after an answer, so a good set keeps conversations moving.

### Drafted from your sources

The first time your twin indexes something, hiy drafts 3–6 starter questions from the material it has already learned, so a new page opens with something to tap instead of a blank card.

It only ever fills a list **nobody has written yet**. Edit or delete any of them and save, and they're yours — hiy never drafts again, including if you save an empty list on purpose.

Every drafted question is checked against your own material before it's shown, so tapping one gets a cited answer rather than an "I don't know". That check is the point: a starter question your twin can't answer would turn its most honest feature into an embarrassment.

**Suggest from my sources**, in Voice & rules, re-drafts on demand whenever you want. Those results appear as suggestions you add one at a time — they never replace what you've typed, and nothing is saved until you press Save.

**Note:** If no model is configured, or your material is still thin, nothing is drafted
and the field stays empty — same as before.
