# hiy.ai > hiy.ai is an AI support agent for your website, live in minutes. Paste your website: it answers customers from it with the source shown, acts once you switch an action on, and hands the rest to your team. hiy.ai is made by Foldox Limited. ## What the Support Agent does - Learns from what you give it: web pages by URL, PDFs, Word docs, Markdown, YouTube transcripts, pasted text, lists and Q&A pairs, or a blog or YouTube channel in bulk. Setup starts from one address. - Answers only from that material, and shows the exact passage behind every grounded answer by default; an owner can hide sources. - Says plainly when the material doesn't cover a question, and offers to pass it to a person. The question lands in your Inbox (a Handover), with the whole conversation. - Learns from your reply: what it couldn't answer waits in the Teach queue, and your answer becomes a correction that wins from then on. - Once you switch an action on, it can notify your team or call your own endpoint to look something up. - Answers on your website (a bubble, a chat bar or inline), on its own hiy.ai page, and through the chat API.
