Use hiy from AI apps

Rolling out to workspaces in turn; your Developers page shows when it is on for yours.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI apps to hiy, then ask them about your agents in a chat. Each app needs one address and a sign-in.

Copy the address

Open Workspace › Developers › AI apps and press Copy next to Server address. The address is https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp. Apps that sign in need only this address.

Connect your app

Pick your app below. When it asks, sign in to hiy as an Owner or Admin, tick the workspaces, choose Read only or Read and change, and press Allow.

Claude

Open Customize › Connectors

Press Add custom connector. On the Free plan you can add one custom connector.

Paste the address

Name it hiy, paste https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp and press Add.

Sign in to hiy

Sign in when Claude asks.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds hiy first in Organization settings › Connectors, and each member then presses Connect.

ChatGPT

Add a custom MCP server

In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins at chatgpt.com/plugins, press +, then Add custom MCP server.

Paste the address

Name it hiy, paste https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp as the Server URL, and choose OAuth.

Create it and sign in

Press Create as a plugin, install it, and sign in to hiy. In a chat, type @ and pick hiy.

Claude Code

Run this in your terminal, then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in to hiy. Add --scope user to use hiy in every project.

claude mcp add --transport http hiy https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp

Claude Desktop

Open Customize › Connectors

Select Customize in the sidebar, then Connectors.

Add the address

Press Add custom connector, name it hiy, paste https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp and press Add.

Sign in to hiy

Sign in in the browser that opens.

A connector you added on claude.ai is already in Claude Desktop.

Cursor

Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or to .cursor/mcp.json for one project. Save, restart Cursor, and sign in to hiy when Cursor asks.

{ "mcpServers": { "hiy": { "url": "https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp" } } }

VS Code

Run this in your terminal, then ask for hiy in chat and sign in when your browser opens. You can also run MCP: Add Server from the Command Palette and choose HTTP.

code --add-mcp '{"name":"hiy","type":"http","url":"https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp"}'

Other apps

Add a remote MCP server with the address, choose Streamable HTTP if asked, and sign in to hiy.

Use an API key instead

For scripts and CI, an app can send an API key instead of signing in. On the AI apps page, press Create a key for it under your app: Create key opens with Read only chosen.

  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http hiy https://mcp.hiy.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <key>"
  • Cursor: add "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer ${env:HIY_API_KEY}" } next to url, put your key in HIY_API_KEY, and restart Cursor.
  • Other apps: send Authorization: Bearer <key>.

Disconnect an app

Under Connected apps on the AI apps page, press Disconnect next to the app. It stops at its next call.

Good to know

  • An app acts as the person who connected it, never beyond that person’s role.
  • An app reaches only the workspaces you ticked.
  • API keys and AI apps share one count per workspace: 5 on Growth.
  • AI app access is on Growth and Scale.
