Acceptable use

The product only works if people can trust who they’re talking to. These rules exist to protect that.

You may only twin yourself#

A hiy agent represents the person who created it. Building a twin of someone else — a public figure, a colleague, an ex, anyone — is not allowed, with or without a disclaimer.

The narrow exception is where you are the legitimate voice of the thing: an organisation’s own account for that organisation, operated by someone authorised to speak for it.

Disclosure stays on#

Every agent is labelled as AI, on every surface, including embeds. That disclosure is not removable — not on any plan, not for any price. Passing an agent off as a human is a direct violation.

Also not allowed#

• Uploading material you don’t have the rights to use.
• Using an agent to harass, defame, deceive, or impersonate.
• Presenting an agent’s output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Trying to extract another owner’s source material, or circumvent limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Building agents for spam, bulk lead-harvesting, or anything you’d be embarrassed to explain.

Reporting#

Every public page carries a Report link, and reports go to a human. If we find an agent impersonating someone or in clear breach, we’ll unpublish it and may remove the account.

We’d rather be told early. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you build it.
