What we're building.
The honest twin gets an honest roadmap. Everything marked live is shipped and working today; everything else is what we intend to build next — real intent, not a promise or a schedule.
What works today
Instant & guided twin creation
Sources — paste, blog, YouTube, files, LinkedIn/CV, bulk import
An assistant's memory
Paste what ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini already knows about you, review it fact by fact, and it feeds your twin's answers — without shaping how your twin sounds. A one-time paste, not a sync.
Persona interview that captures your voice
Launch kit at the moment you publish
The link, a QR code and three ready-to-post announcements. While an identity check is running you get the link to keep — and nothing to share yet.
Starter questions, drafted from your sources
A new twin's page opens with questions it can actually answer, drafted from your own material and yours to edit. Questions you've written are never changed.
Cited answers with honest “I don’t know” gaps → teach → relearn
And when it doesn’t know, it shows the searches it ran first — your question, then its own rewordings. The count never hides, on any plan.
Verifiable receipts
A citation opens to the whole passage, with a link that jumps to it on your original page. hiy writes its own summary of your material to answer well — that summary is never quoted to a visitor, and no longer counts as one of your sources.
Source controls
Show the sources behind answers or keep them private; optionally surface the exact passage up front as verifiable receipts. The AI label, the honest “I don’t know” and its search count, and the report link never hide.
The hiy.ai credit
The “Powered by hiy.ai” line comes off on Founding, and you can keep it if you’d rather be credited — while it’s there, anyone who follows it and signs up is recorded as your referral. The AI label, the honest “I don’t know”, citations, the report link and the Verified badge can’t be removed by any plan.
Light and dark mode
A toggle at the top of marketing and docs pages, and in your account menu once you're signed in. The choice applies across the whole site and is remembered on that device — hiy still opens dark by default rather than reading your system setting, because the grainy wallpaper is too much of the point to leave to it.
Test chat
A private sandbox to try your twin before publishing — nothing counted.
Scope boundaries
It answers on your subjects and declines the rest, instead of acting like a general chatbot.
Follow-ups & People
Visitors can leave their details; you get a People list with context and CSV export. New twins ask for an email after a couple of messages — one tap turns it off.
Lead pipeline
Say where each follow-up stands — New, Replied, Booked, Won or Closed — filter by any of them, and see how fast your replies go out. Your own marks: hiy sees a booking-link click and will never promote it to a booking on your behalf.
Lead & booking attribution
Open the conversation behind any lead or booking-link click, with the moment they left their details marked inside it. Team twins are deliberately excluded — no per-person trail.
Email notifications
A daily or weekly summary that leads with follow-ups and booking-link clicks, plus optional instant alerts. All optional.
Lists your twin looks up
Keep services, open roles, products or common questions as a list, with your own fields. Your twin searches them and answers from the exact rows rather than from memory — and books with your Cal.com or Calendly link.
Public page, inline embed, share, export & delete
Team twins
You, answering invited colleagues from internal notes — reporting what you wrote, never deciding for you. Invites are just email addresses.
Support twins
A twin for your product inside your own site: neutral voice, token-gated, and it hands what it can't answer to your inbox.
Embeds: inline, and a floating bubble
One snippet either way. The bubble floats bottom-right and loads nothing until a visitor opens it.
Social cards for shared links
A pasted link unfurls with your name, your role, and what your twin promises — generated from your profile, nothing to upload.
More than one twin
A public twin for the world, a team twin on internal material, support twins for your products — each with its own knowledge, audience and rules. Your public twin is yours alone — and what stops anyone publishing a twin of someone else is the identity check, human review, and a report link no plan can remove.
Private mode
Unlisted links — reachable by link, out of search, sitemaps and listings.
Identity guardrails
You may only twin yourself. An automated check clears your own name in your own material instantly; anything else waits for a person who sees why it was flagged. Saying no is always a human decision.
Verified badge
That identity check, made visible: a live twin carries a Verified badge on its page, so a visitor can see it represents its real creator before trusting a word it says.
Insights: activity, coverage, top questions, and the gap queue
Upgrade prompts that wait for something to have happened
hiy mentions Founding once, after something has actually happened — a follow-up, a booking-link click, a month's messages used — and never more than once a fortnight. Never on a timer, and never inside the conversation it affected: a twin that has run out of messages says so to the visitor, and the card about it waits on your Overview. Dismiss three and it stops for good; you can switch it off before it ever asks.
Free tools
A repeat-questions calculator and an audience-questions generator — free, no account needed.
Plans, teams & live data
Twins for you, your team and your products are live. Next: pay for what you use, run twins together, and keep their data fresh on its own.
- 1
Paid plans
Checkout, the billing portal and the subscription webhook are built — what's left is switching them on with a real price. The 14-day Founding trial is card-free and starts when your twin goes live, so setup time is never trial time. Honesty features never sit behind the paywall.
- 2
Team accounts
Twins owned by a company rather than one person, so colleagues can help RUN them — reading is live today via team twins; shared administration is what's left.
- 3
More connectors
Lists already refill from a JSON or CSV feed on a schedule. Next: Notion, Google Sheets and ATS connectors, so the rows your twin answers from stay current without exports.
Sharper access & billing
Erasing one conversation
Today the tools are removing a person from People, or deleting the twin. Now that you can open the exchange behind an outcome, someone asking you to erase what they typed deserves a narrower answer than “delete everything”.
Invite-only access
Team-twin-style invites for any twin, so only named people may talk to it.
Usage-based plans
Included messages with metered overage. Running out never silently bills you, and never breaks a widget sitting on your customers' screens.
Connect your calendar directly
Real availability and confirmation inside hiy's own UI, instead of framing your booking provider.

Continuous learning
Twins that re-read your sources on a schedule, so knowledge doesn't quietly go stale.
Slack & WhatsApp
The same twin and the same rules, answering where your people already are.
Helpdesk & CRM integrations
Paid access & memberships
