Invited colleagues only
An invite is just an email address — no codes, no links. Access starts the first time your colleague signs into hiy with that address and opens the agent; removing someone removes their access, not just their invitation.
Answers from your internal material
Project notes, decisions, how-we-do-things — whatever you give it, and only that. Sources can be marked confidential, which makes it impossible — enforced in the database, not by a checkbox — for them to ever reach your public twin.
It reports. It never decides.
Ask it what you wrote and it tells you, with the source one tap away. Ask it to approve something, commit to a date, or make a call on anyone's behalf, and it says plainly that that's yours to decide.
The boundaries it won't cross
The boundaries are the product. Each one is structural — built in, not promised.
- It will not decide for anyone. Approvals, commitments, judgment calls — it names them as yours, every time, because a colleague acting on a commitment it invented is the worst thing that could happen here.
- It will not keep a per-person trail of your colleagues. The attribution view public twins get — opening the conversation behind a lead — is deliberately not enabled on a Team Agent.
- It will not be listed, linked or indexed. There is no public page for a Team Agent: nothing for a search engine to crawl, and nothing for a stranger to land on.

- Is it part of Founding?

- How do invites work?
- An invite is just an email address. Your colleague signs into hiy with that address, opens the agent, and can ask it things and read what it answers from then on. That is the whole grant. It does not hand them the controls, and it does not show them what anyone else asked — a Team Agent keeps no per-person trail, for them or for you. Only the account that created the agent runs it today. The details.
- Who else can see it?
- Nobody. Anyone you haven't invited — including anyone who guesses the URL — gets a 404, not a login wall: for them the agent doesn't exist. And what you give it stays internal — sources marked confidential can never reach your public twin.
- Why does the app call it a team twin?
- Because that is its name in the app today — the rename is still in flight. Creating one is documented as a team twin.
