Your twin says it has reached its limit for the month, in plain words, and says when it can answer again — it does not go quiet, and it does not invent an answer to look busy. Wherever it already collects an email (a Support Agent’s hand-to-a-person form, or any twin with follow-up capture on) that form stays on screen with the question ready to send, so the visitor still gets somewhere. One exception, and it is deliberate: on a Support Agent, a conversation that produced a handoff opens on any plan — a handoff you cannot read has dead-ended, which is the one thing that twin promises not to do.
