Knowledge Hub and Agent knowledge
Your sources belong to the workspace. Add one once, and each agent uses the ones you pick.
Find a source
Open Knowledge in the sidebar. Cards count each kind of source; press one to show only that kind. The + on Connections connects an app. Press a source’s title to open it. Websites start closed: open a site to see its sections, and a section to see its pages. Each row shows a source’s name, type, words, which agents use it, when it was last read and whether it is confidential. A page whose last read found a change says Changed with the date, and one the site would not give up says Can’t read. A line above the list counts the changed pages, with Train for the agent that uses them or Show them.
Pick an agent in the column beside the list, or use Agent on a phone. All agents shows everything. Search matches a title, type, address or agent.
List shows the rows. Map draws each agent’s sources as a map.
Agent knowledge — one agent’s view
Open the agent and choose Knowledge; it opens on List. Each kind of agent shows the kinds it uses, so a CV shows only on an Expert Twin. From library holds sources added on another agent. Added here holds this agent’s own, each with an In answers tick that holds it back or puts it back.
Add from library lists what the workspace holds that this agent isn’t using yet. It groups them by kind, and one tick takes a whole group. Tick what you want and add it. Nothing is copied, and it costs nothing against your limit.
Add new opens Add knowledge for this agent: a website, a file, an FAQ or help page, or a page you write. Open in Knowledge on a row jumps to it in the library. History lists the agent’s recent edits, and most undo in one press.
Keep a site current
Sync on a site’s group re-reads the pages you hold and offers any new ones, which are never added unless you tick them. Open site opens its own screen: see Syncing a website.
Confidential sources
Marking a source confidential keeps it to your Team Agent, the one kind only colleagues you invite can reach. Only an owner or admin can mark one, and not while an agent visitors can reach uses it.
Warning
An Expert Twin and a Support Agent are refused a confidential source. The database enforces it, not just the screen.
What you agree to
Importing what ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini already store about you asks you to tick one box first. It is the only way in that asks: everything else is material you wrote or chose. You confirm the facts are about you and yours to share. They may include health, sex life or sexual orientation, politics, religion, finances or relationships. If the agent answers the public, a stranger can be shown one, quoted, with that import’s title as its source. Untick anything that shouldn’t be there first.
Good to know
- Using a source on a second agent costs nothing: it isn’t copied.
- On Free and Starter, material added to the library has its own allowance, 5 times your plan’s. Early Access shares one pool.
- Nothing trains until the agent’s next train, so changes join its answers then.
- Removing a source removes it everywhere. stop using is the one that works for one agent only.
