Copy your snippet
In Channels, open Chat widget, press Install on your agent’s row, then Copy snippet. Where to paste under it shows these steps when your site runs on Webflow.
Open Site settings
Open Site settings for your site in Webflow. Custom code needs a paid site plan.
Open Custom code
Open Custom code.
Paste in Footer code
Paste the snippet into Footer code. It runs before </body> on every page.
Save and publish
Save, then publish your site. It goes live when you publish, not when you save.
