Support page
The Support page is a help page on your own website, at an address like yoursite.com/help. Visitors ask, see popular questions and search your help, and your Support Agent answers.
Put it on your site
Create a page on your site where help should live, such as yoursite.com/help. Its website must be on the agent’s allowed websites, on Bubble › Install.
In Channels › Web chat › Support page › Install, type it under Page address. It saves when you press Enter or leave the field.
Under Your snippet, press Copy snippet and paste it into that empty page.
The status turns Live after the first visit. Check now looks for the snippet on that page.

Who can open it
The Support page lets in the same visitors as your Bubble: set Who can open it on Bubble › Install. With Signed-in users, the snippet carries a token from your server, as the Bubble’s does.
Your agent’s old address
Your Support Agent’s hiy.ai address becomes a private preview for your team, marked Preview. Anyone else sees your Support page’s address and a Continue button once you’ve saved it, and gets not found until then. If only signed-in users can open your agent, everyone else gets not found there. hiy stops listing the old address for search engines.
Style the Support page
Its Style tab sets the page’s colour, type, surface and corner, Light or dark, the greeting and starting questions, and the chat’s placeholder, language and your privacy link. See Style.
