First impression

The greeting and suggested questions are the first thing a visitor meets, and they set expectations for everything after. Both live in Voice & rules → First impression.

Greeting

One or two lines in your voice. It's optional — with no greeting your twin simply waits for a question.

A good greeting hints at what you're worth asking about: "Hey — ask me anything about pricing, positioning, or getting your first customers" works harder than "Hi, how can I help?"

Suggested questions

Up to six chips shown before the first message. Pick the questions you most want to be asked — they're the fastest way to steer people toward what your twin is genuinely good at.

They're reused later, too: unanswered ones come back as follow-up suggestions after an answer, so a good set keeps conversations moving.
