Workspace settings

In the new app, Workspace (rail 1’s foot, called Settings until 9 October 2026) is one tree beside the page: seven groups, every row one page. On a phone, Workspace in the menu opens the tree as a list, and each page has ‹ Workspace at the top to go back. The addresses below did not change.

The new app is rolling out to accounts in turn. Until yours has it, settings are where the classic app keeps them: your account under the account menu’s Settings (Account, General, Plan & billing, Data & privacy) and each agent’s under its own Settings page.

A row marked Soon isn’t built yet; one marked Preview is a page you can look at that isn’t live yet. People you invited to read an agent keep the classic app’s settings for now.

You

PageWhat’s on it
ProfileYour name, how you sign in, your password, Appearance (light or dark), Your page (your twin’s address) and Delete my account, last.
NotificationsThe emails each agent sends you — the summary, the alerts and where they go. They are per agent: pick one with Agent at the top. The webhook moved to Developers → Webhooks. See Email notifications.

Agent

Details shows one agent’s Name, Kind (Support Agent, Team Agent or Your twin), its Agent ID with Copy, its Address, and deleting it. Profile and rules, Skills and Automations open that agent’s own pages — an agent’s settings live in one place, on the agent.

Workspace

General holds the Workspace name, Billing currency (US dollars, the currency every plan is billed in) and the Timezone. Training runs overnight in that timezone, and Home and team hours use it. Choose a city from the list; if your device is on a different zone, Use offers it. In the new app your choice stays put — the browser only fills the timezone in when none is set.

Data & privacy shows the AI label · Always on: every chat says it is an AI, on every plan, and no setting turns it off. Below it, Personal data masking (off until an owner turns it on) hides card, IBAN, ID and passport numbers, and optionally phone numbers and emails, before a conversation is saved: see Masking personal data. Then come the addresses you still hold, the export, and deleting an agent’s data. See Deleting an agent.

Team

Members is the invite list for the whole workspace: invite by email, press Copy invite to send it yourself, and use ⋯ beside a person to change an invited address or remove them. It needs a Support Agent or a Team Agent. See Sharing.

Channels

Where agents answer lists today’s channels — the chat widget, the embedded chat bar and the hosted page — each opening its page under Channels. Email, Phone and WhatsApp are marked Preview. See Channels.

Billing

Plan is what you’re on, what it includes and how much of it you’ve used. Until paid plans open it says when they do, with Tell me when it’s live beside it. See Plans and billing. Usage shows your real AI replies this month, by day and by agent, and what Starter will include, marked Preview, once paid plans open.

Developers

PageWhat’s on it
API keysKeys your own code uses to call your agents, shared by every agent in the workspace. See API keys.
CredentialsThe secrets your actions use: name, kind and when each was last used. hiy never shows a saved value. Change or remove one in Actions.
WebhooksA message to your URL when someone leaves their details, a conversation is handed over, or a question goes unanswered — per agent.
Sites & installThe websites an agent may answer on, and the signing secret your server signs visitors with. The line to paste stays on the agent’s Settings → Where it answers → Install; Put it on your site opens it. See Embed.
DomainsA Preview of your chat page and help hub on your own domain, an add-on on any paid plan with its price set in November. Type a subdomain and the DNS record you will add shows; adding one isn’t live yet.

Rows marked Preview

Press the bell at the end of the row (its name is Tell me when it’s live) and we note your workspace, which feature you asked about, its plan and how many agents it has, and nothing else, so we can let you know when it ships. Pressing it again changes nothing. Once you’ve asked, the bell rings.

/app?settings=<page> opens a page of the tree: profile, notifications, agent, workspace, privacy, members, channels, billing, usage, api-keys, credentials, webhooks, install, domains, or index for the tree itself (on a desktop, where the tree is beside the page, index opens Profile). Add &twin=<id> to open a per-agent page on that agent.

Older links still land, and the address then changes to the page’s own:
