Start from a template that already works. Then make it yours.
Every card is a template that ships today: a rule, a lookup, a look or a setup. Each starts as an ordinary one you can edit.
Automations that save switched off.
Each one saves off, so you read it before it runs.

Questions people ask first.
What does Use this do?
It opens the template in Automations. Using one saves an ordinary rule, switched off, so you read it before it runs.
Can I change a template?
Yes. A template is a starting point: what you save is an ordinary rule, lookup or look that you can edit, and nothing links back to the template.
I haven’t signed up yet. Can I use one?
Start free, then open Automations and choose the template by name under Start from a template.
Why do some cards name a plan?
The ones that connect to another app, such as a ticket in Zendesk or Intercom, sit on the lowest plan that includes connections. The card names it.
Which plan do I need?
Starter ($19.99 a month) covers the rules, looks and setups that need no connection. Growth ($40 a month) adds the lookups and the rules that open a ticket in a helpdesk.
